XESTA BIG Worm Shad Star | 6" Soft Bait
The 6-inch Shad Star of Xesta is a flavored soft bait with a V-shaped shad tail and low centre of gravity making the action like any other.
The V shaped paddle tail makes the Shad Star wobble aggressively side to side when its used in a slow roll action. The ribbed body gives it a large presence in the water making it perfect for large predatory fish. Thanks to the low center of gravity, Shad Star assumes a position at 45° during the fall and horizontal position during the pause. In both cases, the V-tail, combined with the ribbed body, produces a large number of vibrations that attract even the high caution fish.
Designed specially for saltwater fishing, the big Shad Star can be used both vertically from the boat and spinning from the shore, both rigged with jig head. If you want to use it for fishing from the shore, jig heads weighing 7 to 30 grams are recommended, while, if you want to use it vertically from the boat, very heavy heads are recommended, from 50 to 200 grams.
