You can pay for your order in the online store AkvaSport.com using the most popular payment methods:
1. Cash on delivery (not applicable to international orders)
- With this method, you make the payment to an employee of the courier company who delivered the shipment.
- Payment can be made in cash or by bank card, at the courier company's office, APS (automatic machine) or at your delivery address.
- The delivery price includes a Cash on Delivery Fee charged by the courier company.
IMPORTANT! For orders with Free delivery and Cash on delivery, the fee for the latter is paid by the Customer! AKVASPORT EOOD only covers the cost of the main courier service, but not the fees for additional services!
2. Payment by bank card (debit or credit)
- Payment is made upon finalizing the order through the Virtual POS Terminal of United Bulgarian Bank (UBB)
- When selecting a payment method with a bank card and entering the delivery data of the shipment, instead of the "Finalize the order" button, the "Continue to payment" button will be displayed. By clicking it, you will be transferred to the card payment system of United Bulgarian Bank (UBB). Follow the instructions for making the payment.
- Upon receipt of the goods, you do not owe anything to the courier.
When paying with a bank card, you save the courier fee for performing the "Cash on delivery" service, which for larger orders acquires remarkable values!
IMPORTANT! AKVASPORT EOOD (resp. the AkvaSport.com website does NOT collect any bank data and as a merchant, does not have access to it!
3. Bank transfer
- Payment to a bank account is made to the company's current account at the United Bulgarian Bank. And with this method you save on the COD fee - you only pay the basic courier service (with a 30% discount from Econt).
- Direct bank transfer is often the preferred method of payment for advance payment (deposit) for goods ordered for import or production.
- Please, DO NOT send a bank transfer before we have specified important details - confirmation from us of the availability of the ordered goods and the reason for the transfer (invoice number).
4. Payment via credit from TBI Bank or Unicredit Personal Finance (Bulbank) (not applicable to international orders)
- When finalizing the order, select the desired bank, choose the payment term and fill in your personal data.
- A bank employee will contact you by phone to data validation and finalization of the approval for a merchandise credit.
- You will receive your order after we receive notification of a signed contract with the bank. This process takes several hours and we usually ship the ordered goods within 1-2 days.
