💳 Payment Methods - AKVASPORT Online store
You can pay for your order at AkvaSport.com using four convenient methods:
🌍 International Orders (Delivery outside Bulgaria)
- Available Methods: For all orders shipped outside Bulgaria, the only applicable payment methods are Credit/Debit Card and Bank Transfer.
1. Credit or Debit Card (Available Worldwide)
- How it works: Pay securely online via the United Bulgarian Bank (UBB) virtual POS terminal during checkout. You will owe nothing upon delivery.
- Save money: Avoid courier cash-on-delivery fees, which can be significant for higher-value orders.
- 🔒 Security: AkvaSport.com DOES NOT collect, store, or have any access to your card details.
2. Bank Transfer (Available Worldwide)
- How it works: Pay directly to the AKVASPORT Ltd. bank account after receiving a proforma or original invoice. This method is also preferred for advance payments (deposits) on custom or imported items.
- Save money: Avoid courier cash-on-delivery fees entirely.
- ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT make any transfer before we confirm item availability by phone/email and send you an invoice with the payment reference number.
3. Cash on Delivery / COD (Bulgaria Only)
- How it works: Pay the courier (in cash or by card) upon receiving your parcel at a courier office, parcel locker (APS), or your delivery address.
- Fee: The shipping price includes a "Cash on Delivery" fee set by the courier company.
- ⚠️ IMPORTANT for Free Shipping: If your order qualifies for free shipping, AKVASPORT covers the main transport costs only. The courier's cash-on-delivery fee must be paid by the customer.
4. Financing / Installments (Bulgaria Only)
- Minimum amount: Valid for orders over €76.69 (150.00 BGN).
- Partners: Financing options are provided by TBI Bank or UniCredit Consumer Financing.
- Procedure: Select your preferred bank at checkout. A bank representative will contact you by phone for verification and approval.
- Delivery: We ship your items within 1-2 days after receiving confirmation of the signed credit agreement.
- 🔒 Security: AkvaSport.com DOES NOT collect or have access to your personal financing data.
